On 9-14 the Board of Mayor and Aldermen voted to rezone the property for residential development, but deferred the development plan review to October 12.  This was deferred due to new FEMA and TDOT maps that became available showing the road elevations and flooding depth on Hillsboro and Mack Hatcher Rds. This will be a public hearing, so please show up for the meeting to speak and support your community. Another reminder/update will be sent before the meeting.
