A public hearing is schedule for Tues Sept 14, 2021 at 7:00 PM at Franklin City Hall. Please come early to speak up against this plan. There are better and more safe options for this property. Continue to circulate this petition for more signatures. We are short 7 to hit the 2500 mark.
472 dwellings on 88 acres...53 acres of which are currently in the flood plain.
The City Engineering and Planning Staff did not recommend this plan to the Board of Mayor and Alderman for approval. The Planning Commission voted it down but BOMA is wanting to hear from the public on this plan. Please show up at City Hall on Sept 14th by 6:30 to sign up to speak during the public hearing. We need to pack this room. Come with family and friends to fill the room, even if you don't want to speak, you may also help by emailing the recorder and BOMA to appose this unsafe development. Please support your community even if this isn't in your backyard, we all need to help Keep Williamson County Livable and safe.
