At 5:00 PM tonight, Tuesday July 13, 2021, The Franklin City Board of Mayor and Aldermen will meet to discuss this development.  The City staff does not recommend it and the Planning Commission voted it down last Month.  As is standard BOMA has the final say and a public hearing will be set up for September.
