Oppose Bazaar Ramadan at Aeropod Commercial

Oppose Bazaar Ramadan at Aeropod Commercial
The Issue
We, the undersigned tenants of Aeropod Commercial, hereby lodge a firm OBJECTION to the
proposed organisation of another Bazaar Ramadan within the premises.
Our position is clear: this event MUST NOT proceed.
Grounds for Opposition:
1. Unnecessary Redundancy
There is already an established night market in the area. Approving another bazaar is
redundant, wasteful, and unjustifiable. It does not serve the tenants or the community, but
instead creates confusion and oversaturation.
2. Exacerbation of Traffic Congestion
The area is already plagued by severe traffic issues. Hosting another bazaar will worsen
congestion to intolerable levels, directly obstructing access to the building and disrupting daily
operations. Why did the management approve of such event in the first place?
3. Critical Loss of Parking Facilities
The proposed use of parking bays for the bazaar is unacceptable. Parking is already extremely
limited, both indoors and outdoors. Tenants and customers rely on these bays daily. Removing
them will cripple accessibility and drive customers away from our offices.
4. Direct Harm to Business Operations
This decision will directly hinder tenants’ ability to conduct business. Clients and partners will
avoid visiting due to traffic and parking difficulties. The management’s approval of such an event
disregards the operational needs of tenants and undermines the viability of businesses housed
here.
Demand for Immediate Action:
We DEMAND that management revoke approval for this bazaar without delay. Tenants cannot
and will not accept further disruptions to our businesses and livelihoods caused by poorly
considered events.
Signed,
Tenants of Aeropod Commercial Soho
