Just after 02:00 PM +UTC on October 6, 2021, OpenSea suspended all buying and selling of the non-fungible token project DAO Turtles for violating their Terms.

• The DAO Turtles project submitted a request for verification and authentication immediately upon launching their project some time ago. They did not receive a response.
• The DAO Turtles project did not receive notification of the purported violation before or after the suspension.
• OpenSea responded to this matter only to address the questionable timing related to profitable sales made by an employee just hours before the project suspension.
• Although The DAO Turtles project and individual DAO Turtles project investors have repeatedly requested more information to remedy this purported violation, OpenSea has not responded.   

At the time of the DAO Turtles project suspension, OpenSea shut out 3,621 investor wallets representing approximately $2,000,000 in sales from the marketplace. If OpenSea can freeze the DAO Turtles project without explanation and without providing an opportunity to remedy the situation, OpenSea can suspend your investment and your project as well.

Our community is in danger of being censored without explanation.

We humbly request that you, a valued member of the NFT community, sign this petition. Join us as we respectfully request that OpenSea 1) provide a detailed explanation for how the DAO Turtles project purportedly violated its Terms and 2) provide the DAO Turtles project with an opportunity to resolve, which will result in the lifting of our suspension.
