We, the users and developers of free and open source software, are deeply concerned about Xiaomi's non-compliance with open source software licenses such as the GNU General Public License (GPL) for their devices, including the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 (NFC) spes/spesn.

As you are aware, GPL requires that the source code be included and accessible to users. However, it has come to our attention that Xiaomi is not fully complying with these requirements, particularly with regards to the kernel source code for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 (NFC) spes/spesn.
