Open Source Kernel of Infinix Note 30 5g

The Issue

To the Management of Infinix,

We, the users and developers of free and open source software, are deeply concerned about Infinix's non-compliance with open source software licenses such as the GNU General Public License (GPL) for their devices, including the Infinix Note 30 5g (X6711).

As you are aware, GPL requires that the source code be included and accessible to users. However, it has come to our attention that Infinix is not fully complying with these requirements, particularly with regards to the kernel source code for the Infinix Note 30 5g (X6711).

We strongly urge Infinix to immediately comply with GPL requirements and release the kernel source code for the Infinix Note 30 5g (X6711). This will allow users and developers of free and open source software to study, modify, and share the source code, as well as improve the security and stability of the device.

As a company committed to innovation and sustainability, we believe that Infinix should prioritize compliance with open source software licenses and support the open source community of developers and users.

We request a response from Infinix regarding the actions they will take to comply with open source software license requirements and release the kernel source code for the Infinix Note 30 5g (X6711).

Thank you for your attention.

Sincerely
