Open family courts and reclaim custody of our children
The Issue
My family is in crisis, and I'm reaching out as a last resort to bring my children back home, where they belong. For too long, the CWAC social workers have failed us, prioritizing bureaucracy over the well-being of my children. I need your help to ensure that family courts become more transparent and accountable, and that my children are safe, healthy, and happy at home with me.
My children have been separated by the system and are suffering neglect in their current placements. The lack of openness in family courts means that families like mine are left in the dark while decisions that impact us dramatically are made without proper scrutiny. Transparency is essential to ensure decisions are made in the best interests of the children, not based on a flawed system or financial incentives.
Currently, the health and happiness of my children are deteriorating. They are not just numbers in a case file; they need love, care, and emotional support that only their family can provide. It's a growing concern to witness the negative impact of their separation and the inadequate care they are receiving under social services.
By opening family courts to the public, we can shine a light on the processes and make sure that children like mine are not unjustly held away from their loved ones. It will hold social workers and the system accountable, ensuring that their actions favour the best interests of the families they deal with.
Let's advocate for transparency in family courts, demand accountability from CWAC, and work towards sacking those social workers whose actions don't ensure the health and happiness of the children they are responsible for.

Cheshire West are guilty of assault on my eldest child and the social worker at the time got away it but still working in the system.
My Youngest has been miss diagnosed with CF and now has chest problems he also has had his feet forced into to smaller a shoe for months on end by an evil foster carer and that has caused him untold amounts of pain and now requires surgery.
The children's Grandfather has been banned from contact for a lie just like the children were stolen from us on a lie.
This needs to stop and protect the full family as families are better off together.
We have been fighting the system or 5 years and lost twice the corruption is vile.
