This week, we received communication from Jeremy Bamber at Wakefield Prison. Jeremy kindly replied, after we notified him about your support towards him and this petition. In 1994, Jeremy Bamber received a life sentence from the Home Secretary and has now served 38 years in prison. Bamber endorses the campaign to abolish and review cases that have involved concealed tactics, such as the withholding of evidence under Public Interest Immunity ex parte clauses. Similar to David Morris, Jeremy Bamber is neither a terrorist nor a police informant. He is concerned that evidence which could prove innocence may be suppressed under the Official Secrets Act. The same act was invoked in the Clydach Murders case, where the undisclosed activities of a deputy police inspector in the early hours of 27th June 1999 were classified under the Official Secrets Act (Morris, 2017).

Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has successfully attained the highest strategic role in the government. As Prime Minister, he has declared his commitment to ensure 'justice for victims,' including those affected by mainland British executions conducted by shielded paramilitaries. It has been revealed that terrorists were protected through public interest immunity ex parte applications, despite the Crown's full awareness of their direct involvement in horrific crimes. Notably, it has emerged that a paramilitary whose fingerprints and DNA evidence were found at a crime scene was granted amnesty under the controversial use of PII ex parte and was protected by the Legacy Act 2023. The extent of gaslighting and misinformation regarding the Clydach Murders have surpassed the understanding of the general public. For some, akin to Judas, the temptation to accept betrayal's reward was overwhelming. Yet, their reckoning remains pending.

Keir Starmer's position grants him the ability to review all undisclosed evidence pertaining to Jeremy Bamber, David Morris, and any other cases that have improperly utilised P.I.I. or the O.S.A. 1989. It is crucial for past injustices to be corrected. Your support is much appreciated. Ten thousand individuals have attempted to sign the petition. It is important to note that for your signature to be valid, you must confirm your email via change.org.
