It seems that corporations, like Bricks and Minifigs (BAM), are becoming impervious to consequences, a reality that threatens to undermine the very fabric of our nation. "WE THE PEOPLE" want a nation where "Liberty and Justice For ALL" Includes JUSTICE for VICTIMS OF UNSCRUPULOUS CORPORATIONS that trample on fairness and legality.

Bricks and Minifigs has become a viral matter of public concern online, particularly about its (permanently closed) Keizer, Oregon location. Allegations have surfaced regarding a questionable patterns of behavior, suggesting potential violations of the RICO Act.

There are a reports of NINE locations, where franchisees have allegedly experienced hostile takeovers. Including Chrystal Law Gorman's Salem Bricks and Minifigs location seized along with the viral Mansell Star Wars LEGO Collection, the permanent closure of the Lutz, Florida Bricks and Minifigs location owned by @TheLastRelic who has gone public on YouTube with his story, as well as the Plastic Palette  Bricks and minifigs location in Canby Oregon, The attempted takeover of the Messer's California stores and 5 anonymous reports of franchises who were victimized by Bricks and Minifigs corporate but are hesitant to speak out.

Behind all these store seizures are hardworking families who have suffered. They bought into this franchise in good faith and have stories of being taken advantage of by the corporate officers of Bricks and Minifigs and losing everything. In the more public cases all the evidence suggests that BAM planned these takeovers and allegedly created circumstances to aggressively pursue the damages from their own franchisees. Many former franchisees afraid to speak out and there are allegations that BAM corporate has seized their stores and forced them into silence with NDAs under threats of further financial extortion. The company is facing heavy criticism for claims of repeatedly stealing the livelihood of their franchisees, threatening legal action against franchisees for non-compliance, and relying on the costly and lengthy court process to shield them from any accountability. Ex-Franchisees are faced with a lose-lose situation where they can either cut their losses and accept injustice or go deeper into debt from any already shattered financial base to pursue legal action where the time and money spent in court may not be worth the damages they seek. 

The RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) Act was established to hold accountable those who engage in entrenched criminal enterprises and corrupt practices. It is imperative that we demand an FBI investigation into BAM's franchise practices to ensure they are not leveraging power inappropriately against their franchisees. Such an inquiry could prevent further harm to innocent business owners and restore trust in our justice system.

This situation is more than just a series of unfortunate events; it symbolizes a prevailing issue in our society – 'rules for thee, not for me'. We stand at a critical junction where we must affirm that no corporation is above the law. We need the FBI to intervene and ensure a transparent and thorough investigation into these allegations.
