Allegations have surfaced regarding questionable patterns of behavior, suggesting potential violations of the RICO Act – designed to combat organized crime and protect Americans from corrupt entities. In at least five additional locations, franchisees have allegedly experienced similar unjust hostile takeovers (including one previous franchisee who went public about allegations of what transpired between BAM and himself at the permanently closed Lutz, Florida location), raising serious concerns about the abuse of power and manipulation within the corporate structure.
