A Bronx grand jury has failed to indict NYPD Officer Richard Haste for killing Ramarley Graham, but we are not done fighting for justice for our son!

Please sign our petition to the Department of Justice today!

On February 2, 2012, NYPD Officer Richard Haste followed our son, Ramarley Graham, home, broke down the door, and killed him in front of his grandmother and six-year-old brother. Haste claims he believed Ramarley had a gun, yet no gun was found at the scene.  The defense says Ramarley was running from NYPD officers into his house, but video footage from that day clearly shows he was NOT running.

When Haste pursued and killed Ramarley, he took away our son’s most basic right – the right to life.  Please sign this petition to support our demand that the Department of Justice conduct a full investigation into Ramarley’s death, and convene a grand jury to consider filing federal civil rights violations against NYPD Officer Richard Haste.

Letter to
Attorney General of the United States Eric Holder
Ramarley Graham was only 18-years-old when NYPD Officer Richard Haste followed him home, broke down the door, and killed him in front of his grandmother and six-year-old brother.

When Haste pursued and killed Ramarley, he took away his most basic right – the right to life. We ask that the Department of Justice conduct a full investigation into Ramarley’s death, and convene a grand jury to consider filing civil rights violations against NYPD Officer Richard Haste.
