Hello everyone, 
My name is Victoria Cupoli and my sister is Jacqueline Cupoli. Jacqueline is among many seniors within Onondaga County. The second half of the year has been a whirlwind for them. These students have gone through a lot mentally, whether it is emotions from COVID-19 and/or their senior year stress in general. 

Due to this pandemic of COVID-19, a lot of seniors will not be able to experience their usual graduation ceremony. As a Cicero-North Syracuse alumni, this is something I always looked forward to when I was in their shoes six years ago. This is a memory these kids need/want. Something that is a milestone for them. 

I want this petition to give way to open people's eyes on how important this ceremony is for them. By the time July rolls around, we will possibly be already in Phase 3 and almost Phase 4 depending. With CDC guidelines and social distancing, our seniors should be able to get a graduation that can allow immediate family and the use of an outdoor facility. Chairs can be placed six feet away from each other and families can be in the stands separated within proper social distancing guidelines.
