Recently it was reported that One Ok Rock was working on the opening theme song for Kimetsu no Yaiba season 3, but that sadly was incorrect and just a rumour. Instead, Man With a Mission and the Japanese vocalist Milet were given the honour. This was a big disappointment for One Ok Rock's many fans worldwide, though it did start conversation about the possibility of such a thing happening one day. 

At a recent concert in Fukuoka city, Taka said he was surprised by the news but it was sadly not true. He also said the idea of One Ok Rock working on an opening theme for a popular anime series interested him, and if the fans were loud enough, such a thing might happen one day. 

That's why I've started this petition - to give One Ok Rock the chance to express themselves once more like they did with the live action, Rurouni Kenshin soundtrack. Their work there opened the door for many new fans to discover the power of one of Japan's premier rock groups, and we want to see that happen again. 

Given the chance, we believe One Ok Rock could deliver an amazing opening theme for the highly anticipated 3rd season of One Punch Man. Like Rurouni Kenshin, One Punch Man has a legion of fans worldwide, and we believe the defiant themes of the series and it's kinetic action match perfectly with One Ok Rock's talents.

One Ok Rock have the attitude and strength to match Saitama, and it would be a dream come true to see what they could do with the One Punch Man brand.

 もう一度ワンオクに、映画の実写、るろうに剣心のサウンドトラックでやったように自分自身を表現する機会を与えましょう！
そうすれば、また多くの新しいファンが日本最高のロックグループの1つであるワンオクを発見できるし、既にファンである私たちも彼らの活躍を見ることができるからです。

ワンオクなら、いま待望のワンパンマン第3期の素晴らしいオープニングテーマを提供できると私は信じています。るろうに剣心のようにワンパンマンは世界中にファンがいて、挑戦的かつ大胆なアクションがワンオクの才能と完璧にマッチすると思います。
