We urge the Government of India to:

Create a National Paramedical Council

Allow students with UGC-approved degrees to register in any state

Stop state councils from unfairly rejecting valid degrees

Set national guidelines for paramedical registration

Support students applying abroad with proper documentation

📢 Why is this important?

I am a BSc MLT graduate from Kerala who studied in Rajasthan. Like me, thousands of students across India are being denied paramedical registration only because they studied in another state — even though they have valid UGC-approved degrees.

This is unfair and damaging. Paramedical students are the backbone of healthcare labs and diagnostics. We deserve equal rights and national recognition.

This petition is for every paramedical student who studied sincerely but is now blocked by red tape.
We ask for One India, One Council — for fairness, clarity, and justice.
