One of OMORI's stretch goals when it was fully funded on Kickstarter was a Nintendo 3DS version being released, and many excited fans have been waiting for years to play the surreal RPG on their favorite handheld. The game's creators have recently expressed that they will most likely be putting the game on Nintendo Switch as opposed to the 3DS unless there is a large outcry for the 3DS version to still be made. I and many others think it could be a perfect swansong for the amazing console we've held so dear to our hearts. I can't speak for everyone, but I know many people who enjoy playing games on their 3DS more than their switch because of the smaller size and its portability. We would absolutely love to have OMORI available on the Nintendo 3DS, and it seems like a perfect fit for the kind of creepy, cutesy, surreal masterpiece OMORI is shaping up to be!
