On April 1, 2019, Olive Garden announced a new "giant" menu, featuring everything from giant meatballs to footlong chicken parm sandwiches. At first, people thought it was just an April Fools' joke, but the giant menu was real, and it was more historic than anyone could have ever anticipated. Simply, the giant menu was a revolution in American Italian cuisine.

It seemed too good to be true and, unfortunately, it was. The promotion lasted just eight weeks. The giant menu met its untimely end on Memorial Day, 2019, never to return. 

I never got the chance to sample these dishes and, as a meatball enthusiast, there are few things I want to try more than a 12 oz meatball. So, I am starting this petition on behalf of those who missed their chance during those magical two months back in 2019. To those who got the chance to taste the food, you undoubtedly wish you could have it again. So let's work together to bring it back. Mr. Kiernan, I'm asking you to please BRING BACK THE GIANT MEATBALL!
