Dear All, We have always said to you that if we felt that we cannot go any further we would tell you.Well that time is approaching. A few days ago we send a message to our supporters lists, plus delivered leaflets asking residents to help us fund a legal action in the form of a Judicial Review to stop OMBC going ahead with the demolition of the Diggle site and the starting of the road/highways works. The original figure of approximately £18k (which we already have) has escalated therefore we need more to process any legal challenge. We have already had great feedback from people saying they intend to renew their pledges plus new people are coming on board. A big thank you to all that have done that, you know who you are. But without your help we will have to stop maybe in the next 48 hours (as of 25/04/2016) . That is the stark reality. If you can support us with what you feel you could afford we can carry on the legal action. Don’t forget if we win the case you get your money back. There is no fixed amount, it’s what you feel comfortable with. We also don’t want money sent to us straight away. We just need confirmation of your pledge amounts in the next 48 hours.
