Not that Lond is a bad owner, but Lond is mainly focused on his videos and the server is shifting to Unstable and the SMP is dead. I try to find servers like the old Lond I could play in, but I just can't find any. For this, I propose that Emerald_Skeppy actually gets the perms that he needs for co-owner so Lond can continue to focus on his videos and we can revive the server, maybe even make it bigger. Not only this, but staff, even admin, has become a glorified title with barely any perms. Lond is right to suspect the staff to abuse (so low perms), but the reason why the staff are staff is because they are people to be trusted. My solution to this, is that the right perms should be given, but as soon as proof comes in that a staff member is abusing, then they are immediately demoted, kicked off staff, or banned based on the severity of the incident. Lond should dedicate a couple days at most to fixing all of this, then Lond can go right back to making videos.
