The residents and homeowners of Old Hickory Commons have expressed common grief and concern of there partnership with Ghertner & Company. There has been alleged misappropriation of funds and services to our neighborhood for many years. Currently, our neighborhood is under distress as we have constant unresolved vandalism , property damage, unkept premises, lack of communication, increased fees without evidence of allocation, and lack of security. By signing this petition we are agreeing to dissolve our partnership with Ghertner & Company effective immediately.
