Nurse Theresa Horn works or worked for the Ottawa county jail while Terral Ellis begged for helped while dying under her care.  She not only denied him help she mocked and ridiculed him as he died.  Theresa Horn should not be allowed to harm another patient in her care.  Please bring her before the board of nursing and remove her license before another person dies while she does nothing to help.
