The problem we(residents at Willow Park) desire to resolve is the infestation of roaches currently within our "homes" at Willow Park Apartments in Oklahoma City, OK. It's the holiday season and we are unable to comfortable cook or live within our "homes". We are unable to have guests without giving a disclaimer about the roaches. This is quite embarrassing and certainly doesn't make it feel like "home". Since moving in, and recently (August-Octber), we have made continuous requests to have the issue resolved, but were either ignored, told we couldn't have a weekly or even biweekly pest control treatment, or that a "flush" of our buildings would be done. Months later, after more requests to fix the issue, certain buildings finally received a "flush", but that did not flush the roaches out, it brought more into our apartments and they have stayed in overwhelming amounts. We were asked to remove all of our own pest control products, to reduce competition, and well, now, we have no protection. Ours by the way, did very little for them. But it's now November, the week of Thanksgiving and we are still living with roaches AND, now, also have no gas or hot water to cook or bathe our children. Our gas was shut off six days ago due to a leak, we were told by the 19th, it would be repaired. Today is the 22nd of November.  Please help us by signing this petition to ask our landlord(ECP Willow Park Partners LLC) and Wehner Multifamily, to restore our gas! Remove the roaches and give us a chance to call Willow Park Apartments a home before demanding another month of rent from us. Thank you!
