On january 27 2013 alvin mccool was arrested and charged with domestic assault with a dangerous weapon, violation of a pertective order, leaving the scene of an accident with out stopping and giving required information, failure to signal with intention to turn, reckless driving, disreguard for traffic control, failure to yield right of way to an emergency vehicle. all because of a man named johnny fairchild. johnny fairchild is alvin mccools mother donna mccools ex boyfriend and when the couple had broken up he than had started harrassing her and her family. johnny fairchild had called police on the night of january 27th 2013 and had told police that alvin mccool had hit him from behind and rammed his vehicle which ended up making him crash. while there was an accident and someone really hit johnny fairchild, alvin mccool was with his family at home. . oklahoma city police department was on the scene they had found the truck that had hit johnny fairchild going toward the highway the police began following the vehicle which was a 2003 white f-250 with a brush guard on the front the police turned on the sirens and tried to pull the vehicle over and the vehicle than took off and the police began to chase the vehical. the police ended up losing site of it and had found it 10 minutes later 2 miles off se 18th and missouri the suspect had abanded the vehicle and took off .they  had police officers hellicopters etc searching for the suspect which they was un successful. police than had showed up  at alvin mccool house which was 15 minutes away in moore ok and had arrested alvin. after being released from jail the had gave alvin papers to release the truck in question (the white f-250 ) to him we had done research and found out where the truck belonged to it had belonged to moore auto sales off the i35 service rd .after learning the truck had belonged to moore autosale alvin mccool than had went to question them about who had purchased the truck from them when he arrived they immeditly freaked out and had asked them to leave not before ripping the release form from his hand moore auto sales than had called the police departmentr and reported the truck stolen after reading the report that moore auto sales had filed we had than found out that moore auto sales said that it had be stolen on jan 23rd 2013 but did not notice that it was missing untill jan 30 2013...the detective had interviewed johnny fairchild about the acident and had asked johhny if he was sure if it was alvin mccool that had hit him and he had said it was the detectective than had asked johnny fairchild if it could have been someone elses truck and maybe he had just thought it was alvins and he said no because he has seen that truck parked at alvins house all summer of 2012 and he knew it was alvins cause it had those "special rims on it" the detective than had so ok and prosicuted alvin mccool. alvin mccool does own a white ford but alvins truck is a 1998 white f-150 and the truck in question is a 2003 ford f-250 ... after investigating where the truck had belonged all summer in 2012 we had discovered it belonged to a couple in texas and did not even come to oklahoma till dec 27th 2012. since all of this alvin mccool has went through three different attorneys trying to fight and prove his innocents so i ask that u please please please sign this to help him get these dropped
