On 15 Feb 1995 Mark Vroman murdered my grandfather Donald Stout, in Chillicothe Ohio. Mark was sentenced to 15 years to life. Mark has only served 17 years of his sentence. My grandfather was a recovering alcholic that was helping Mark with his own drinking problems and provided him with a place to live. My grandfather was murdered for his kindness and Mark has shown no remorse for what he did. Myself and my family would like for Mark to stay in prison for much longer than 17 years. I know that none of this will bring my grandfather back but I do feel that 17 years is not long enough to be 'rehabiliated' when Mark Vroman has still not regretted his actions on that fateful day.
