In the last decade cell phone usage while driving a vehicle, has been a critical issue for many people. I have witnessed this myself, more recently in the past three years while driving. Many people are either looking down at their phone or talking on the phone. I believe that we have taken advantage of these privileges and it's time that we take action and create the same law as Pennsylvania "Texting While Driving Ban."
