Jeff Talani, once a highly respected police chief, has proclaimed his innocence consistently and because of this, he is continually denied parole. A thorough and credible report revealed the strong possibility that Jeff Talani is innocent of the crimes he has been accused of. Even more concerning are the connections between key individuals who had power positions to gain and victims that seemingly railroaded him into prison.
