Wrongfully Convicted Man on Death Row: Joseph McAlpin

Wrongfully Convicted Man on Death Row: Joseph McAlpin
As everyone has been aware, I am showing evidence of my false conviction. In my case, the prosecution used false evidence to convict me of the murders at Mr. Cars. The prosecution withheld evidence from the jury that would have shown my innocence because I could not have been at the crime scene during the time of the murders. The murders were committed at 5:34pm-6:55pm. As shown in the footage below, which was displayed in court, there is evidence that I was not present during the time of the murders. The prosecution used my Google location history from my cell phone to place me in the surrounding area of Mr. Cars before the murders were committed. The prosecution and their expert represented to the jury that on April 14, 2017 at 5:36pm, my Google location stopped recording my location from my cell phone and did not continue to record again until 8:22pm. The prosecution fabricated this evidence in the trial. The prosecution also failed to mention that I stayed a few blocks away from the crime scene and it would not have been unusual for me to be in the area. After my conviction I discovered my Google location never stopped recording from 5:36pm-8:22pm. I was able to check my Google location history from the exact date, as shown in the footage. I discovered not only did my Google location continue to record during the time of the murders at 5:36pm, but also prosecution withheld evidence that my phone location shows I was away from the crime scene during the time prosecution claimed the murders at Mr. Cars took place (the murders were committed at 5:34pm-6:55pm). Prosecution used my cell phone and cell phone location as a major piece of evidence in my case to deliver this false conviction. The detective, detective Arthur Echols badge #343 5th/6th district police department Cleveland Ohio, executed a search warrant for my entire Google account which included my Google location. “Somehow”, the location information that proves I was not at the crime scene during the time of the murders mysteriously vanished and was not included in the location information that the detective received from his search warrant for my Google account!!! It is clear that Detective Arthur Echos, and the prosecution made sure to withhold this information from the jury in order to not contradict their case. As shown below, I have an alibi that proves my innocence and that it was impossible for me to be the individual shown on the footage entering Mr. Cars on April 14, 2017 at 5:34pm.

Thank you,
Joseph McAlpin
