My childhood friend Robert Benford is incarcerated at Belmont Correctional Facility in Clairesville, Ohio. There is now 16 confirmed cases of Coronavirus at the facility. Robert has been incarcerated since 2008, he was sentenced 13 years for involuntary manslaughter. He is scheduled to be released August 9, 2021. He is not a threat to society and even gained 90 good days for good behavior. He also completed his high school diploma and is currently enrolled in Cosmetology and Real-estate courses.
