The Issue
On November 23, 2014 My families lives change forever. Tamir Rice is my cousin the 12 year old boy shot and killed by Cleveland police officer Timothy Loehmann . I started This petition to begin to change the law's of how police respond to situations that involve unarmed men, women, and children.This petioion will require all Law Enforcement Officers to wear badge (body) camera's at all times, it will also require that the badge (body) camera's are to stay on at all times during the shift. I am petitioning to include racially sensitive questioning and psychological evaluation for all police officers, police dispatchers before being hired by the Police Department. Requesting changes to Grand Jury Reform.
