This is coming from my recent high school experience of struggling to do things on my computer, but Linewise/GoGuardian tend to get in the way of it, an example I can bring up is that if you're trying study for something online, but a website that contains very good information from it is blocked by the Linewise.  Insanely frustrating situation to be put in.

EDIT: Something I do want to bring up too, is the fact that it's considered to be an invasion of privacy, according this article on Electronic Frontier Foundation (eff.org), using data from multiple schools in both red and blue states, what we uncovered was that, by design, GoGuardian is a red flag machine—its false positives heavily outweigh its ability to accurately determine whether the content of a site is harmful.  This results in tens of thousands of students being flagged for viewing content that is not only benign, but often, educational or informative.
