Hi everyone, things are going well with the draft for formal Petition to Deny that we will be filing with the FCC. I have had calls though. I know that some of you want to do more.  The deadline for letters and informal objections is March 25th. I'll give more information, and an example of a more professional looking legal pleading document (With the actual application number and regulation code numbers tomorrow). 

"§ 73.3587 Procedure for filing informal objections.
Before FCC action on any application for an instrument of authorization, any person may file informal objections to the grant. Such objections may be submitted in letter form (without extra copies) and shall be signed."
