A petition for DEPORTATION is legally not possible because he is also a Filipino Citizen and so with EXTRADITION because all of his 10 misdemeanors and mischief cases in the United States of America were already considered as case-closed.

This petition is to request the authorities to take Michael's case seriously. There must be full disclosure of the progress with all transparency and the actions taken in the case filed against him at the OFFICE OF THE PROVINCIAL PROSECUTION OF TAYTAY RIZAL, PHILIPPINES.

We need this incident to become a landmark case. In doing so, animal offenders in the Philippines will be aware of the repercussions of their actions.

We want to show the public, that despite of Michael's influential and political family, he can still be held accountable for his actions. LADY JUSTICE DOES NOT FAVOR ANYONE. NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW.

Michael Barry Ynares Tallent has been sensationalized all over social media in the Philippines and in fact worldwide. It has reached international traffic due to the series of animal cruelty that he has been posting on social media such as Dogfighting, beating the Dog to death, torturing the cats, and several animal cruelty cases. Organizations such as; Animal Victory.Org and Anti-DogFighting Campaign Worldwide Organization are following this case. Both have provided relevant pieces of information and motivate us to create this petition.

The ROTTWEILER named Marky - who was beaten to death by a baseball bat has been rescued, he was sent to the Vet, and soon will meet his forever home. Other Animals were unlocated and died as shown in his post.

Michael has actively shown different forms of Animal Cruelty in his personal and dummy FB Account but it was only in 2019 that it started to become viral. Unfortunately, his posts did not show his full physical identity, therefore we can not produce evidence.

In October 2020, when a neighbor of his in the community has identified Michael, and that his identity was revealed to the public. 

SPAR Animal Welfare has contacted the reporter and has followed the case. We personally verified the allegations, gathered information, and in fact, it was not only about animal-related issues, he has also committed some misdemeanors and mischiefs such as "alleged" illegal possession of firearms and has displayed it publicly, "alleged" destruction of someone's property, burning a pigeon and hung outside his house. All these were settled amicably. His drug-related issues were affirmed in the social media page by his relative Jun Andeng Ynares - Government Official in the Province of Binangonan Rizal.

A case filed against Michael on October 14, 2020. Witness preferred to be unknown. Animal Welfare Law in the Philippines a criminal offense and is bailable but from the last information we have received, Michael's family did not bail him, "we assumed" that the family wants to prove a point.
