We, the undersigned, being members of the world, hereby petition the International Criminal Court to begin an investigation, with an eye toward prosecution, of the Trump administration of The United States of America for crimes against humanity. Specifically, the systematic detention of minors in facilities and conditions that constitute inhumane treatment.

Further, the Trump administration has conspired among themselves to involve another government in this systematic abuse, namely Estados Unidos Mexicanos and the administration of Presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador, thus creating a conspiracy to perpetuate crimes against humanity.

We believe these actions to be in violation of Articles 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR).
