I made this petition to make sure that wine lovers in Delaware can legally ship wine directly to their residence.  This outdated regulation affects so many of us and we need to make a change!  Please sign, and share with others.

Delaware is one of the only states left that will not legally allow wine shipment directly to a residence.  We live in an e-commerce world and have most everything in life shipped to us - sometimes within 2 days.  During Covid-19, while others were able to stay home and have wine or other alcohol shipped to their doorstep, we were forced to venture out to our local store.  We can have groceries dropped to our door, but not wine. 

We have choices with everything in life.  I choose a wine that doesn't have any of the 250+ additives, no added sugar or any of the other chemicals that can be found in mass produced wine.  It's available via direct shipment to a residence and cannot be found at any brick and mortar liquor or wine store.  Ingredients matter to me and if I'm drinking wine, this is what I want to drink. Others may want to support another winery or have wine shipped from out of state.  We have a choice of who we want to support with every other good and service, but we're limited when it comes to wine consumption.  This seems completely out of date and I would like to support the movement to allow wine shipments to Delaware.
