Restore my OfferUp account which was banned for no specific reason during global pandemic!
The Issue
I am a hard-working and honest seller with over 150 5-Star ratings on my OfferUp account. I was phone number verified, TruYou verified, FaceBook verified and more! I always go out of my way to make sure all of my customers are happy. I noticed i wasn't getting any views or messages on my items for sale. Also no one was responding to my offers to buy their items, even at full asking price. I contacted OfferUp support, who said my account was banned for violating their terms and guidelines. I asked what I did specifically, and they only replied with the same generic message. I have been depending on OfferUp to help pay my rent, bills, and for food during this global Corona Virus pandemic. Pulling the rug out from under my feet during a very vulnerable time for everyone is a TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. And not allowing recourse is UNACCEPTABLE. This is 2021 in the USA. You said in your original email that if i feel you made a mistake to contact support. I did and they did NOTHING but send the SAME EXACT GENERIC REPLY. I demand my account be reinstated. Join me anyone and everyone who has been crippled financially, mentally, and beyond by OfferUp's lack of customer service and good faith. Sign and share.
