As things started to unravel a few days ago, it became apparent that the mysterious deportation behind a Utah foreigner is politcally charged.

One  politician said the deportation is happening because the deportee "pissed off" a government official. The name of the official will be released in due cause. Other politicians involved in this political deportation are: 

1. Utah Attorney General Mark Shurtleff

2 Immigration Judge Nixon

3. Immigration Prosecutor Matt Hall

4.  Federal District Court Judge Dale Kimball

5. US Supreme Court Clerk Atkins

6. US Supreme Court Clerk Suter

 

People are deported because there is a violation of the law. In this case there is not. Violations of the law were carried out by those enforcing the forcible deportation. The deportee has no criminal history besides the unlawful arrest while the deportee had a pending application and awaiting a response from USCIS> 

People are deported mainly because they have violated immigration law. In this story that is not the case.

 

Using political power to remove those who have different beliefs from those of the Utah government officials is wrong.
