Increased population without corresponding infrastructure improvements could lead to overcrowding of our schools, long waiting times in our healthcare facilities, and an upsurge in traffic congestion that our roads simply aren’t equipped to handle. According to a report by the Office for National Statistics, areas like ours where developments have outpaced infrastructure growth face significant declines in livability and resident satisfaction.
