New York State law has a new requirement for all nail salons to structurally change the stations and salons to have ventilation even for natural nails. While acrylic of course requires more ventilation, there is no clear reason as to why now natural nails are now required to have them. This is a huge financial burden as well as an unnecessary change. This affects small businesses and the entire salon walls/ceilings/floors. Please stop this new requirement and help local businesses succeed!
