The decision made by The Judge Advocate is politically motivated and does not accurately represent the legal interpretation of the facts of that day. We urge you to negate the recommendation and allow Officer Pantaleo to continue to serve and protect the city of New York as a Police Officer as he did on that very day. Do not give in to the grandstanding politicians and protestors and instead, support the police officer and your police department.
