Help us strike down the mandated flu shot for New York City tots.

In 2013, the NYC Department of Health passed this rule for pre-schoolers. If parents refuse, their kid can’t go to school or day care. This was passed by eleven Bloomberg appointees. It was not decided upon by elected officials assigned to protect the interest of New Yorkers and should be repealed. Help us protect the rights of parents.  

Five NYC moms have brought a suit against NYC to defend
their legal right to have their children attend preschool without the flu
shot. 

By signing the petition, you support your legal right to not have your
child receive the flu shot in order to receive an education, or day care, in NYC.

By signing below, you make the following declaration:

1.               I am a parent residing in one of the 5 Boroughs of NYC who
opposes the NYC Department of Health’s flu shot requirement for
preschoolers and pray that this rule will be overturned.

2.               I fully support the effort of the five moms who have
bravely stepped forward to sue the NYC Department of Health to overturn the
flu shot dictate which was adopted without the consent of my elected
representatives.
