Staten Island , NYC  - a 2 yr.  old male cat named Chester abused to maybe close to death , fortunately was found still alive .

 Tyrike Richardson is being held on Riker's Island on $ 50,000 bail and the next court date is August 9, 2017. He is a gang member.

He tried to kill the cat  , threw a chair on the cat .

Seeking maximum prison sentence for felony aggravated animal cruelty, torture, and not feeding ,  from the court .
