Stop Royal Property Management From Stealing Security Deposits

Stop Royal Property Management From Stealing Security Deposits
The Issue
Royal Property Management whose business address is 199 Lee Ave, Suite A, Brooklyn, NY is run by thieves and they must be stopped. 199 Lee Ave is a building with more than 2,000 mailboxes from which companies conduct business with their identity hidden. Out of sight and hard to reach by phone or mail, they manage numerous apartment complexes in New York and New Jersey. A quick search of their name on Yelp.com tells the entire story.
One Yelp poster writes, "This has by far been the worst, and I mean the absolute worst rental experience of my life. There will not be enough characters for me to express the stress and embarrassment of living in one of their units." Another writes, "They stole my security, no way to contact them to get it back. No one answers phone, no message can be left , email is a do not reply..." A third person writes, "Our deposit ($2,000) was stolen from us... This is an organization of slumlords who are criminals and tenants have no idea!"
This saga became personal for me when my daughter recently moved out of one of their apartments on Vose Avenue in Orange, NJ. They're brazenly telling her they won't return all her security but are willing to make a deal. This is highway robbery and these crooks must be dealt with.
Let us make our elected officials bring the full force of the law against Royal Property Management. The days of crooked landlords walking away with our hard earned money is over. Standing together, we can help innocent victims get the justice they deserve.
