Nutley NJ Citizens.  We need new board members with innovative ideas, passion and a fresh perspective to represent all of the us in making decisions about our township. Change is good, change is necessary.  This is a petition to the Township of Nutley Board of Commissioners to enact a township ordinance for term limits of two (2) consecutive three (3) year terms on our local quasi-judicial boards.

Petition signatures AND a formal request will be shared by the organizing Committee of the Nutley Coalition for Change with Mayor Joseph Scarpelli and Commissioners Thomas Evans, Alphonse Petracco, Steve Rogers and Mauro Tucci at the scheduled Board of Commissioners public meeting on November 7, 2018.

My signature on this petition confirms my support for the Nutley Board of Commissioners to enact an ordinance for term limits of two (2) consecutive three (3) year terms for appointments for board members on the following quasi-judicial Nutley NJ Township Boards: 

·         Zoning Board of Adjustment

·         Planning Board

·         Rent Leveling Board

·         Library Board of Trustees
