The G*psy Nurse uses a slur as the name of their business.

In the aftermath of the murder of George Floyd, people across this country have banded together to stand up against racism. The racist name of this business must be changed.

G*psy is a slur against the Romani people. Non-Romani people are using an ethnic slur and stereotypes of that ethnic minority. Romani people around the globe face discrimination and hate crimes. Roma endured hundreds of years of slavery. Around 3/4 of the European Roma population were murdered during the Nazi holocaust. There are issues of poverty and institutional discrimination that Romani people still face every day. 80% of Roma live in poverty. By keeping that name for their business, they are supporting racist thoughts, beliefs, and practices.
