In the podcast I say that I continue to be traumatised 15 years on.  Now let me explain.  Whilst it was absolutely horrendous to lose Adam in a flash, I remain traumatised with the incomprehensible corruption, collusion and injustice within the NSW Judicial System.

In Chambers, prior to the second Inquest it was unanimously  agreed that Adam had been assaulted and thrown over the old  paling fence adjoining the property at 3 Ozone Street, Cronulla. On receipt of the Transcripts several weeks later, I was to discover that I’d been betrayed by one of my legal team by giving unauthorised  verbal Submissions.

Transcripts 29/7/13 Page 23 Clause 50

MILLER: We’ve added the outlining. We asked rhetorically to what extent your Honour may be satisfied that Adam had fallen from any specific height and it may be that your Honour is able to conclude that Adam suffered injuries as a result of a fall perhaps from a height unknown.

I believe with Glen Miller QC Perverting the Course of Justice resulted in Deputy State Coroner H.C.B Dillon handing down a “blind justice” finding on 29 August 2013, I find that Adam Cecil died on 3 August 2005 at the Sutherland Hospital, Miranda, NSW as a result of multiple injuries suffered due to a fall from height.  I am unable to determine how that fall came about. This finding was handed down in spite of damning evidence to the contrary.

The photo of the crime scene was taken by a Freelance Photographer on the night Adam died and clearly shows the old paling fence that we believe, Adam was thrown over from the adjoining isolated property following an assault.

I’d like to sincerely thank those who have signed my Petition and those who will sign in the future
