Hey guys, so in Pennsylvania, gyms got set back to "Phase Three" instead of the national order of phase 1. And according to our Governor it could be months not weeks.

As many of you know, we are here for people for MORE then just physical fitness. We are mental and emotional support for our members and clients.

A NSCA member has started a petition to distinguish between Gyms and Studios.

And as studios who are appointment based we have the ability to be more clean, sanitized and prepared then most businesses.
