We are asking Halifax Regional School Board and NS Department of Education to NOT change the name of Prince Andrew High School in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

It would be inappropriate to use the senseless tragedy of the loss of Constable Heidi Stevenson to further promote this name change.

Members of the alumni have spoken. We do not want the name of this high school changed. We believe there are more appropriate ways to honour Constable Stevenson.
