There is a lot controversy regarding the new school location.  It is a decision made by the Province of Nova Scotia.  We, the general public, were not privy to site selection but we are going to be invited to engage with other matters involving the new school.  Please sign this petition showing your support for a much needed new school in our community.   And the definition of community is Lake Echo, Porters Lake, East and West Chezzettcook, Conrod Settlement, Musquodoboit Harbour, Smith Settlement, Head of Jeddore, East and West Jeddore, Salmon River, Oyster Pond, Lake Charlotte, Upper Lakeville, Clam Bay, Clam Harbour, Debaies Cove, Owls Head, Little Harbour, Southwest Cove, Lower Ship Harbour, West Ship Harbour and Ship Harbour.  If l have probably missed a few communities and I am so sorry.  As you can see, we are a bundle of many communities. Communities that care about our kids and their education.  The new site will be a good thing once it is being built.  Other businesses will spring up around it and thrive.
