Norwegian Cruise Line refund policy is criminal and needs to be exposed!

The Issue

Due to COVID-19, a significant number of cruises were cancelled by Norwegian. The company has made the process of getting a refund impossible. First, they make you wait until a couple weeks AFTER the cruise was to depart before you can even request a refund. From the point they finally allow you to request a refund, they take 90 days to process the refund. While they are surely flooded with refund requests, there is no payment system on the face of the Earth that would take THAT long to process a refund. Their sales teams are working and can sell a cruise in seconds. They are clearly holding passengers money to profit from the interest and try to strong arm us into purchasing another cruise. This is only made worse by the AVALANCHE of emails they send us on a daily basis trying to get us to use credits we do not want. They are holding money they have absolutely no right to hold for an outrageous and unacceptable period of time. We ask that you sign this petition if you are impacted by this or simply outraged by this insulting business practice. Shame on NCL and their Corporate Leadership like CEO Harry Sommer for taking advantage of individuals during this time! We MUST put the pressure on them!!!
