Andrez Diaz is a sophomore at Northwest High School and has raped and harassed multiple girls. Northwest has attempted to silence protests and Andrez isn't being held accountable as he should. Our demands as are followed:

• have his sexual offenses be listed on his official record 
• be expelled from school
• if possible, be listed as a class B sex offender
• have him charged for third degree sexual abuse

These girls deserve justice, and it isn't fair to the student body as a whole to try and sweep the issue under the rug. It is manipulative and deceitful, and there will be further demands the longer he goes unpunished.
